LEGAL NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Board of Commissioners of the Garden City Park Water District will hold a Public Hearing,

pursuant to the General Municipal Law on September 24, 2008 at 8:00 a.m., at the District office, 333 Marcus Ave, Garden City Park, New York 11040 at which time a hearing will be held regarding the withdrawal of funds, in the amount of $100,000.00 from the Well Reserve fund pursuant to General Municipal Law of the State of New York for payment of the engineering, design, purchase and rehabilitation of the well at plant #11 in the Links development in North Hills. All interested parties are invited to attend.
