LEGAL NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Board of Commissioners of the Garden City Park Water District will hold a Public Hearing, pursuant to the General Municipal Law on September 24, 2008 at 8:00 a.m., at the District office, 333 Marcus Ave, Garden City Park, New York 11040 at which time a hearing will be held regarding the withdrawal of funds, in the amount of $2.4 million from the Tank Reserve fund pursuant to General Municipal Law of the State of New York for payment of the engineering, design, repair and repainting of the Districts elevated storage tank located on Herricks Road. All interested parties are invited to attend.
