NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

GARDEN CITY PARK WATER DISTRICT

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Commissioners of the Garden City Park Water District will hold a public hearing on September 3, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at the Water District office, 333 Marcus Avenue, Garden City Park, NY 11040.  Pursuant to Article 13, Section 215, subdivision 9-a of Town Law, the purpose of this hearing is to present a preliminary budget for the 2010 fiscal year. 

The comments of the public are invited.
